"Because of [Sullivan, Juster, Dillon pulling a power play] single guy in that locker room paid the price, their careers were almost killed. When I came back, I wanted to do so much for these guys because they went to bat for Vince Russo. I wanted to do so much for them and Eric said 'Vince, you've got to go on TV.' It dawned on me then - if Ric Flair can take Vince Russo and put Vince Russo through a table, and if that's going to help WCW's ratings or if that's going to help Ric Flair get over, or help the comapny in anyway, then I'm gonna do it. So I then decided that I am going to do whatever I have to do and whatever it takes to make this company successful again. And yeah, I've said on numerous occasions that I wouldn't go on the other side of the camera because I wanted to focus my time behind the scenes and make the boys the best they can be.
