"Bob Dole had a proven track record of failure in national elections and his mind was obviously deserting his Dracula-like body. Dole confirmed this during a Presidential debate when he decided to quote a passage from a book, but couldn't remember the name of the book or the author and furthur allowed that the quote might not be accurate. That he didn't have enough judgement to shut up and smile said more about his growing senility than the botched quote itself, so again I voted for Perot."
