So now the burning question is will Westbrook get traded. And to who. He must really be feeling upset after his running buddy pulled off that move to LA. Did what he could never do. |

OKC will be Ok....they just need Westbrook to average 32--12 & 12. No problem. The guy no one wants to play with.--Yohe |

Well Westbrook just got traded. However it's to a team that has an old friend of his:

Well Harden and Westbrook trying to coexist, should be fun. If they could coexist, they should be near the top of the West.
And OKC is officially a rebuilding franchise, for the next several years. except with CP3. I'm sure they'll trade Steven Adams too. |

So looking at the NBA schedule, this appears to be the first time that the defending champs won't be on ABC. I know Kawhi is gone and that the Raptors will still be on the Canadian national TV outlets, but still that's very damming to the Raptor fans in America.
Good to see the Pelicans get some love. I guess they're counting on big ratings from Zion and the former Lakers. Hopefully Zion will be playing a lot.
And that leads me to think that I hope there's a bit of a backup plan if/when the star players sit out due to "load management". Since it worked well for the team that won the title last year, expect to see more of that this year, to the dismay of the TV partners. |

One of my favorites. Happy that after the brutal start to his career he was able to spend the last five years on the Dubs. |

Nothing in NBA history has made them look worst that this situation with China over Hong Kong. The people fighting for freedom and democracy have been deserted by America under Trump....and now the NBA shits on them.....like they needed more money.---Steve Yohe |

This is truly awful. One of the worst things about this is the minimal condemning of this by Steve Kerr and Gregg Popovich. Kerr regularly condemns the President, and every day, retweets the chaotic actions that the current administration does.
between this and the Enes Kanter situation, its time for the "woke" NBA to back up its words. |

More bad news for the NBA as Zion will miss a period of weeks with a knee injury.
They were really banking on him with those ratings. By the few preseason games he played, he's going to be very big. Hopefully he'll be injury free after this is taken care of. |

Zion seems too heavy for the stuff he is trying to do. His joins can't take all the pressure & he'll always be injured. At best you'll have a Blake Griffin type.
Talk is that Golden State doesn't look like a playoff team.--Yohe |

Well he's going to be out an additional 6-8 weeks. So he may be back in early 2020.
Poor guy. |
