Some of the posters seem to know something about Tennis? Anyone want to attempt a top 20 tennis Team rating? I'd be interested in seeing a few. Maybe top 10? John you have ideas on this?---Yohe

Sorry... missed this.

Are you think all-time? Men's List, Women's List, or Men & Women on the same list? Assume we're going the Open/Modern Era from 1968 to the present?

I probably have a strong Non-Recency Bias, and would underrate the post-Sampres/Graf era.
